Complex trauma can disrupt the connection between a person’s emotions, their mind and their body. The therapeutic approach for complex trauma is to reconnect these different functions which can be done in one-on-one sessions with a trusted therapist, or through movement-based approaches such as trauma-informed yoga and meditation. We offer psychological sessions for complex trauma as well as a trauma-informed groups at regular intervals throughout the year.
