We have a special interest in all aspects of women's health and provide a wide range of professional services for our diverse community. We also conduct research in various areas of women's health.

We offer education, dietetics and psychological support tailored to the unique challenges faced by women who experience a range of physical health conditions that can benefit from nutritional intervention, behavioural changes, or psychological support. Our multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals are equipped to provide comprehensive care that compliments any medical intervention or existing treatments you have chosen.

We provide nutritional counselling to help manage the side effects of cancer treatment, optimise recovery, and support overall health. Our psychologists offer emotional support and therapy to help patients cope with the psychological impact of cancer diagnosis and treatment, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

  • Heart disease or Heart Health concerns
  • Autoimmune disorders
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
  • Gastrointestinal issues like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and malabsorption of lactose or fructose

Our Psychologists and Dietitian have many decades of experience supporting people with eating disorders (Anorexia (incl. Atypical), Bulimia, Binge eating, Compulsive eating, Restrictive eating patterns, Body image concerns, Body dysmorphia) and the physical ramifications and secondary conditions that can develop.

Our psychologists work with clients to address the mental health challenges associated with chronic illness, providing strategies to enhance coping skills, reduce stress, and improve emotional well-being as well as supporting any behavioural changes or lifestyle changes that may be tricky to navigate.

Our collaborative and integrated approach ensures that both the physical and mental aspects of chronic health conditions and care are addressed.
